I'M NOT INTERESTED IN PRETENDING MY LIFE WAS PERFECT. It wasn't.

I've had tremendous blessings in my life. A wife I love. Children. Grandchildren. Family. Businesses. Success. Faith. Opportunities I never imagined I would have. I've also experienced periods when none of those blessings could prevent me from struggling internally.

SUCCESS DOESN'T MAKE YOU IMMUNE TO PAIN.

I've built businesses. I've helped people through difficult financial situations. I've spent years studying the body and became a 500-hour trained yoga teacher. I've explored spirituality, personal growth, health and human behavior. And I've experienced my own battles with depression, anxiety, motivation, eating, self-image and finding my way back to myself. There were periods when getting through the day was an accomplishment.

MY STRUGGLES BECAME MY EDUCATION.

Not because suffering automatically makes someone wise. It doesn't. But suffering can force you to ask questions you might otherwise never ask. Who am I? What actually makes me happy? Why do I think the way I do? What does my body need? What really matters? How do I become useful to someone else?

I started collecting tools. Some were spiritual. Some psychological. Some physical. Some came from business. Some came from family. Some came from professionals who helped me. And some came from simply living long enough to discover what works for me - and what doesn't.

NOW I WANT TO GIVE SOME OF IT AWAY.

I'm not trying to create followers. I'm trying to help people move. One conversation. One insight. One habit. One act of kindness. One better decision at a time. That's Norman Love.
